LeVic Plastics' Injection Molding services excels in all aspects of custom injection molding. With over 150 different resins on site, LeVic molds many different types of inserts and provides over molding capabilities. Using state of the art equipment and mold setting practices, production runs have shorter lead times without sacrificing quality. Custom colors and color matching options are available.

One of LeVic's many innovations in mold making is the use of Porcerax II inserts. This porous steel allows gas to naturally diffuse out of the metal, leading to no trapped gases in the finished mold. This material was used to great effect in fabricating a bacterial analysis part for the medical industry. The part could not have any weldlines or trapped gas. When fabricated traditionally, the part failed. However, LeVic's unique processing succeeded in molding a part that met the specifications.
